Maintenance Tech 3-Night Shift

1. Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment
2. Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently
3. Contribute to root-cause analysis efforts to prevent recurring equipment issues
4. Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level technicians
5. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
6. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols
7. Utilize and maintain accurate records in computerized maintenance management systems
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime

1. High School Diploma or GED and a minimum 4 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of electro-mechanical systems OR Associate's Degree and 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical, high-speed manufacturing maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
2. Experience working in a cGMP/Regulated environment desired.
3. Able to read ladder logic and troubleshoot/repair PLC's, electrical systems, AC/DC drive systems, and mechanical systems desired.
4. Proficiency in machining, welding, and fabricating a plus.
5. Basic Computer Skills required; must be experienced and proficient in the use of:

   3. Basic Microsoft Office tools (specifically Word & Excel)

5. Follows all site Safety Policies/OSHA policies including requirements as related to personal protection equipment as needed to perform routine and non-routine duties.
6. Leads both continuous improvement and infrastructure improvement efforts with the goal to implement a sustainable, reliability-based maintenance program
7. Works effectively as part of a team in addition to autonomously as required.
8. Competent in the use of computers and Microsoft Office tools (Word & Excel).
9. Communicates effectively within the team in both a verbal and written manner.
10. Collaborates with other site departments to achieve common goals. Possesses a high-level understanding of equipment, processes, and products.
