Responsibilities

Make a Meaningful Impact on National Security

We're seeking a Senior Systems Integrator to lead the integration of complex enterprise systems that drive the mission-critical work of the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG), the Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence (ASG), and key Federal partners. In this leadership role, you'll help ensure GEOINT capabilities are delivered accurately, efficiently, and securely-across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.

What You'll Do:

    Lead Complex Integrations: Drive system integration initiatives across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to enable seamless, timely GEOINT delivery.

  • Own the Big Picture: Bring a holistic view to systems architecture-connecting infrastructure, security, and deployment requirements to deliver resilient and secure solutions.

  • Engineer the Future: Oversee the creation of detailed engineering plans and technical design packages for system installations and upgrades.

  • Build Talent: Mentor and support Mid- and Junior-level Systems Integrators, fostering growth and ensuring high standards in all integration work.

  • Ensure Excellence: Use established processes and tools to guide integration, testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance for mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field - or related equivalent additional experience of 4 years with no degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree.

  • 12+ years experience in systems integration within government or industry, involving large, complex systems of systems or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environments across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures.

  • Experience or sound understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and DOORS Next Gen (DNG) digital engineering tools.
  • Working knowledge of the Agile Software Development Framework.
  • Experience with Sensor programs and NGA Segments.
  • TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.

Desired:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline.

  • Prior experience supporting NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs or projects.

  • Experience working on programs or projects within the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
