Department: Warehouse
Reports To: General Manager- Mt Sterling Warehouses
Salary Range: $75,156 - $112,735 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As a Corporate Inventory Control Manager, you will lead and manage Dot Foods' efforts in all inventory-related activities. You will ensure accuracy, process health, and optimal inventory activity meets operational needs while minimizing waste and costs. The Corporate Inventory Control Manager will collaborate with inventory control supervisors, transportation, warehouse, and administration managers to maintain an efficient supply chain and outstanding service to our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Monitor and manage cost of inventory measures, ensuring stock is available and systems reflect product levels accurately.
  • Lead and coordinate regular inventory audits, reconciliations and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Implement strategic actions to improve Dot's inventory performance.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and generate reports.
  • Support the creation of inventory budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist with the implementation of technology to help improve the accuracy of Dot's inventory management practices.
  • Demonstrate lean thinking and lead projects to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.


YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Dot Foods experience.
  • 3 years- experience in management with strong leadership skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to conduct data analysis to identify issues and solve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority, fostering collaboration and driving alignment across teams.


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • Experience in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations
  • Strong data interpretation skills to make good decisions.
  • Excellent organization and follow up skills.


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Supervision - Manages a team of hourly and salaried personnel who support both obsolete and the Replenishment Department.
  • Travel - Occasional overnight travel to Dot Foods' Distribution Centers and supplier locations. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
