  10+ years of leadership in medical device development, specifically in catheter-based technologies.

  Proven success in the development of drug-coated devices and combination products.

  
  
• 
  

  10+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and growing technical teams.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong knowledge of FDA and global regulatory requirements for Class II/III devices.

  10+ years hands-on experience in catheter technologies and drug-coated device development.

  
  
• 
  

  Background in combination product regulatory pathways is a plus.

  Experience scaling R&D functions or driving innovation in a start-up or growth-phase environment.
