The General Manager (GM) is a key member of the leadership team reporting directly to the VP/GM. This leader will have full P & L responsibility and for leading the profitable growth of this business unit with the primary focus of developing and deploying strategic growth initiatives (using 80/20 principles), developing strategic partnerships and driving organic innovation.
