Join Macquarie Asset Management as a Senior Manager within the Financial Planning & Analysis team. Working with a broad range of stakeholders across the business, you will take accountability for business forecasting, performance analysis, decision support, process improvement and automation

In this fast-paced environment, we offer senior-level management exposure across a wide variety of business activities with an opportunity to drive change in the organization. You will maintain confidentiality, think laterally and solve problems independently while working cohesively as part of a larger team.



What you offer

  • Ideally 7-10 years of accounting and finance experience, with 5-10 years of experience in financial and business reporting and analysis in global financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required, Advanced degree or certification a plus (e.g., CPA, CFA and/or MBA) preferred
  • Expertise in core finance concepts, and proficiency Oracle Fusion, Anaplan or other similar finance software
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge in PowerPoint
  • Strong sense of ownership, possessing excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
