We are looking for a strategic, business-mindedPerformance Analytics Managerto join our high-impact team at the intersection of pricing, performance, and customer experience. What You'll Do Be a strategic partner, work hand-in-hand with the Pricing team to uncover optimization opportunities across vehicle segments and markets. Lead performance deep-dives:Analyze location-level metrics to surface high- and low-performing operations and recommend improvements. Voice of the customer: Synthesize customer interaction data-from chat to feedback loops-to spotlight recurring themes and experience gaps. Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor competitors and market shifts, proactively advising leadership on emerging threats and opportunities. Deliver clarity through storytelling: Develop and present compelling dashboards and reports that distill complex data into insights that drive action. Innovate with purpose: Use advanced analytics and business intuition to solve complex challenges and unlock new sources of value. Influence leadership: Act as a trusted advisor, communicating insights with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Fluency inSQL,Excel, anddata visualization tools(Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Strong business acumen with a knack for uncovering hidden trends and opportunities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills-you can simplify the complex and influence at all levels. The annual starting salary for this position is between $110,000 - $150,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
