Responsibilities

The NOC Tier 1 Support Specialist will primarily focus on real-time application and network monitoring to identify potential failures and performance degradations.

  • Analyze alerts, verify incidents, and escalate issues to Tier 2 or higher as
  • Perform initial troubleshooting steps and document findings in the ticketing

Qualifications

Clearance/Citizen Type: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills and experience using ticketing
