Consolidations & Reporting Manager

POSITION PURPOSE: The Consolidations & Reporting Manager is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day and month end accounting activities to ensure accurate financial statements. They perform various duties in areas such as consolidations, financial reporting, management reports, month end close, and account analysis, as well as other special projects.

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Administrator of the OneStream software & owner of the consolidation module.

* Additional One Stream responsibilities include being a key report writer, training the users, and assisting with other module implementations.

* Responsible for preparing the external financial statements.

* Analyze the eliminations and related party transactions.

* Support the Assistant Controller in the monthly close process, including journal entries.

* Prepare analysis related to account reconciliations to clearly identify and resolve reconciling items.

* Support the year-end financial audit with external auditors.

* Assist in various ad-hoc financial reporting requests, analysis, and other special projects.

* Show flexibility and the aptitude to process a variety of detailed and time-sensitive information while managing multiple tasks.

* Be team-oriented and eager to continuously learn and expand your knowledge, taking initiative while coming up with new ideas and ways to improve processes.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

* CPA or MBA preferred.

* 5+ years' experience preferred.

* SAP experience required.

* Excellent presentation, communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

* Effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.

* Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with employees in course of work.
