Security Administrator

Location: Position will support multiple facilities, to include NAS Patuxent River and ASEC's corporate facilities.

As the Security Administrator, you will work closely with the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) in day-to-day security program requirements. Position will support multiple facilities, to include NAS Patuxent River and ASEC, corporate facilities. Work will be conducted in both open and secure spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the security team in managing personnel, information, physical, and technical security activities.
• Assist with the preparation, routing, and tracking of security documentation and reports (including Annual PSQs, SETAs, refreshers, inspections, etc.).
• Support the CPSO with daily security tasks to protect and safeguard secure facilities.
• Interpret and apply security directives, regulations, manuals, and program guidelines.
• Manage and track the control, transmission, transportation, packaging, and safeguarding of classified materials and documents.
• Assist with verifying visitor clearances and program access to secure spaces.
• Maintain flexibility to support occasional after-hours security needs.
• This position may require work in a secure facility where personal electronic devices (cell phones, Bluetooth watches, etc.,) are not permitted.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required. Formal, post-secondary education is desired but not required.
• At least two 2 years of experience of relevant program security experience is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).

Security Clearance Requirement:

• This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary Range:

• The estimated salary range for this position will be $75,000 - $85,000 annually, based on an individual's level of experience and skill set. It is our goal at ASEC to provide equitable compensation to all employees.
