Maintenance Manager

Position Title: Maintenance Manager (Asset and Target Area Maintenance Program)

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Position Summary: Responsible for the maintenance of all range systems, equipment, facilities, targets, target areas, and other range areas in order to maximize their availability to meet Fleet training requirements. Establishes and administers the overall strategies and procedures for the Asset and Target Area Maintenance Program. Develops budgets, policies, and procedures to support range training assets and ensures projects, milestones, and goals are met.

Required Qualifications:

1. Secret Clearance
2. Experience managing a dispersed workforce in support of DoD training asset maintenance requirements
3. Familiarity with ISO 9000:2015

Experience:

1. Seven (7) years of training asset maintenance experience with DoD efforts
2. Three (3) years of managerial experience with DoD efforts

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and/or management field
