Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.



Responsibilities

* Winning / project creation of quote opportunities
* Coordination of project release to department managers
* Order book administration - routine follow up activity with customers
* Customer liaison for account creation and / or maintenance
* Responsible for receiving all packages, both customer projects and facility orders
* Return shipping of customer product
* Greeting visitors and delivery personnel
* Processing of customer payments
* Various administrative duties, as required by management
* Filing of completed projects



Skills / Qualifications

* Three (3) years minimum of office and customer service experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office / D365, highly IT literate
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication
* Adaptable and flexible in approach
* Ability to lift and move up to 35lbs
