Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator will provide operational support for supply chain initiatives throughout the organization.

This is a full-time position working M-F between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm out of our Corporate Office in Bloomington.

Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.


Essential Functions:

  • Provide purchasing system and vendor set up support for customers' daily operational needs.
  • Provide support for supply chain initiatives.
  • Plan, lead, and implement initiatives independently with guidance from direct supervisor
  • Confirm order status, resolve daily issues, and communicate with internal customers
  • Monitor supplier performance, following up on open orders, delivery issues, and invoicing issues.
  • Resolve price discrepancies with vendors and communicate price changes in a timely manner.
  • Identify, resolve (including sourcing and vetting product alternatives) and communicate product availability issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Request quotes and complete purchase orders to align with contract and policy compliance, as well as product standardization.
  • Assist with the research and implementation of opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
  • Assist with value analysis and product trials as requested.
  • Seek out, recommend, and implement process improvements for operational processes, inventory management, cost reductions, and improve customer service levels.
  • Collaborate with team, key stakeholders, and leadership to ensure effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain positive relations with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working in healthcare/medical office preferred
  • Strong Microsoft software skills, specifically, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Ability to:



  • Comply with company policies, procedures, practices and business ethics guidelines.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, (e.g. HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, employment laws, etc.)

  • Travel independently throughout the surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
  • Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines
  • Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
  • Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
  • Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Understand and execute a variety of instructions
  • Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Travel to other work locations, if required

Environmental Conditions:



  • Normal clinic/office setting
  • Hybrid Schedule requiring 3 days on site per week
