Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Legal Administrator to provide responsive administrative support to our General Counsel as well as manage the Legal department's law firm e-billing management system and provide broader teamwide support as needed. This multifaceted role supports a dynamic and global department that collaborates closely with other teams to drive the company's Bitcoin and software business strategies. The successful candidate thrives in an environment that can be fast-paced at times and manages sensitive information with appropriate discretion.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Legal Administrator to provide responsive administrative support to our General Counsel as well as manage the Legal department's law firm e-billing management system and provide broader teamwide support as needed. This multifaceted role supports a dynamic and global department that collaborates closely with other teams to drive the company's Bitcoin and software business strategies. The successful candidate thrives in an environment that can be fast-paced at times and manages sensitive information with appropriate discretion.

Responsibilities (representative, but not limited to):

Administrative Support:

* Provide dedicated administrative support to the General Counsel, including managing scheduling needs, logistics, travel arrangements, correspondence, expense reports, etc.

* Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, presentations, and special projects for the General Counsel and the Legal department

* Coordinate team activities, meetings, and events, including selecting and engaging external vendors, and arranging conference rooms, catering, and audio/video services as needed

Operational Support:

* Administer the department's invoice management system for law firms (e-billing), ensuring timely processing of invoices, identification and resolution of billing discrepancies, and process streamlining

* Serve as primary administrator for company's Board of Directors portal, scheduling meetings, uploading materials, organizing content and liaising with Directors

Communication and Coordination:

* Build and maintain effective relationships across departments, including with executives, to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency

* Facilitate interactions between internal stakeholders and external parties

* Meet and greet visitors

Required Experience and Skills:

* College degree preferred

* 2+ years in legal support, legal operations, or administrative roles

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Experience managing calendars, travel and expenses

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with billing or similar systems a plus

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

* Proactive, self-starter; anticipates needs and acts accordingly to reduce burden
