Overview

Job Purpose

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking an energetic, proactive marketer for our marketing team. The New York Stock Exchange -- an ICE company -- is a global financial institution focused on growing our listed company community through new IPOs and continued customer engagement. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will have a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service to representatives of our listing company community from the day they go public throughout their listing on the NYSE, with a focus on paid media and client engagement. The successful candidate will have a track record of liaising with internal and external constituents at all levels, including C-level executives, with the ability to champion strategy and recommendations. Attention to detail, ability to manage within a high demand environment and a focus on execution and results are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and execute large-scale marketing strategies and programs across our Capital Markets and Listings businesses
  • Partner with Digital, Social and Content Teams to proactively develop strategies to engage listed companies in paid media campaign, events, content programs, social activations, and other initiatives to strengthen the NYSE community and demonstrate the value of being listed on the NYSE.
  • Proactive thinker with knowledge and strength in paid media strategy, planning and execution
  • Proficiency in paid social will be key to success in this role with a focus on LinkedIn, Reddit and X
  • Manage and track paid media campaigns with varying budgets for multiple IPOs and Listed Companies
  • Partner with Events, Communications, Capital Markets and Listings to plan, program and deliver on high-quality partnerships that are in line with the NYSE's goals and objectives
  • Engage with NYSE's agency for strategic planning and execution of paid media campaigns
  • Adapt to working with various companies in different industries
  • Continuously learn about the ICE business units, team members and current products.
  • Gain high level understanding of issues impacting financial markets and key ICE clients/audiences and be able to develop strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service to all business units and external parties through transparency and constant communication, as well as timely responses to all inquiries and requests.
  • Identify and communicate areas for improvement including process and cost efficiencies and strategic alignment across departments

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in the marketing world (advertising, events etc)
  • Exceptional analytic, project management and organizational skills; the ability to juggle multiple demands, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and approach based on audience
  • Demonstrated success with developing positive relationships with clients, other third parties and internal partners
  • Experience in marketing and/or digital advertising
  • Experience in paid social
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and as part of a cross-disciplinary team
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce

New York Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $87,600 - $123,600 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
