What You'll Be Doing:



  • Be the Face of Innovation - Lead engaging sales and project presentations, conduct hands-on product demos, and develop cutting-edge technical resources like field reports, white papers, and product catalogs.
  • Engineer Solutions in Real-Time - Answer technical questions about material properties and applications, becoming a go-to expert for customers and teammates alike.
  • Turn Ideas into Reality - Work with isometric drawings, CAD models, and fabrication BOMs to bring designs from concept to production.
  • Sharpen Your Estimation Game - Crunch numbers to estimate fabrication costs, helping sales teams build competitive quotes.
  • Think Like a Designer - Evaluate customer proposals, specs, and manuals to assess feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements.
  • Refine & Optimize - Recommend system modifications to ensure peak performance, compliance, and reliability.
  • Drive Quality & Collaboration - Partner with sales and quality teams to tackle technical challenges and deliver top-tier solutions.
  • Expand Your Influence - Get involved with industry organizations and committees, growing your expertise and network.
  • And More! - As an integral part of our team, you'll wear multiple hats and gain diverse experience in the field.


What We're Looking For:



  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 0-5 years of experience (internships, co-ops, or hands-on projects a big plus!).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor (2009+), and blueprint reading-or a willingness to learn fast.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A collaborative mindset and a hunger for growth.
