Under general supervision, the Distribution Center Lead supports the DC Leadership by ensuring customer orders are prioritized and sent out in a timely manner, regularly communicating performance goals and standards so that team members understand expectations, communicating employee performance opportunities, deficiencies, and ideas to the manager, interacting with carriers, handling freight and shipping issues, and training employees on DC procedures. Team lead will primarily work in one or more of the following areas: order control, receiving, inventory, shipping, and training. Sound Interesting? Here's what you'll do:
