EisnerAmper is in search of a Director of EisnerAmper University (Technical Learning Leader). This position reports to our Chief People Officer, offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative leadership team, while leading and building a culture of continuous learning. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who understands the changing landscape of the accounting profession. This individual understands the impact that technology has on the business and keeps up to date with the evolving skill set that is needed to grow into a leader within the profession.

Possessing the ability to work with firm leadership and business stakeholders to determine learning needs is vital for this position. The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering professional services and be capable of serving as a trusted advisor in the areas of thought leadership, industry advancements and technologies to facilitate learning. All candidates must reliably exhibit sound judgement, welcome accountability for results, be consistently solution oriented and thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring a high degree of productivity, adaptability, and follow-through.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Developing and implementing a short-term, and longer-term learning and development strategy that aligns employee goals and performance with the Firm's strategic mission and priorities.

  • Developing and implementing a core competency architecture including specifically defined experienced-level learning plans that span entry level to senior professionals.

  • Championing and marketing training programs to get leadership buy-in as well as professional level commitment and participation.

  • Working collaboratively with leadership in identifying skill gaps and developing and delivering training to bridge those gaps.

  • Optimizing the training process including delivery through modalities that enhance the learning experience, optimize retention and the return on investment.

  • Designing, preparing and delivering learning and development training programs to Firm professionals.

  • Procuring and maintaining Firm's sponsorships with NASBA and individual states as appropriate including overseeing compliance with CPE requirements.

  • Building, organizing and developing the learning and development team.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent field

  • 10 + years of experience leading technical based learning initiatives

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Instructional Design

  • Experience within a professional services firm

250000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
