Frame Fabricator

Are you a hands-on problem-solver with an eye for detail? Do you take pride in your work and want to be part of building something that lasts? We're looking for a driven individual to join our Fabrication Department as a Frame Fabricator.

What You'll Do

As a Frame Fabricator, you'll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality hollow metal frames that serve vital roles in commercial and industrial buildings across the country. Your daily impact will include:

• Operating CNC equipment including shears, press brakes, and punch presses.
• Bending, punching, and welding steel components with precision and care.
• Reading blueprints and shop drawings to bring specifications to life.
• Performing quality checks and maintaining high production standards.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Supporting teammates and collaborating across departments to meet shared goals.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new techniques, and being part of a production team where your work directly supports real-world structures.

This individual must be able to accurately read and utilize common fabricating measuring tools (tape measure, combination square, etc.) as well as understand how to use power tools (electric or air grinders/sanders, jig saws, etc.).

What We're Looking For

• Experience with metal forming and fabrication tools (we train too!).
• Ability to read technical specs, use measuring tools, and follow safety procedures.
• A proactive attitude toward learning, troubleshooting, and improving processes.
• Physical ability to handle materials (lifting, bending, standing) in a manufacturing environment.
• A strong sense of accountability, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship.
