Position Overview

We are seeking a talented HRIS Specialist with expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central to join our HRIS team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our HR processes and systems. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our SuccessFactors Employee Central system. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Performance, Compensation, Goals, Recruitment, and Onboarding is highly beneficial. Additionally, experience with Story Reporting and the ability to build reports and manage requests is essential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer and Maintain: Ensure data integrity and system functionality within the SuccessFactors Employee Central system.
  • Configuration and Customization: Tailor the system to meet business needs, including workflows, reports, and user interfaces.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support for HRIS-related issues.
  • Data Accuracy: Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
  • System Updates: Stay current with system updates and new features, recommending best practices for system utilization.
  • Reporting: Manage report requests to support HR decision-making and strategy. Utilize Story reporting within People Analytics to create detailed and visually engaging reports using interactive visualizations, charts, images, text, and tables.
  • Module Support: Assist with other SuccessFactors modules (Learning, Performance, Compensation, Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding) as needed.
  • Support and Maintenance: Maintain the global HCM platform (SAP SuccessFactors), audit employee transactions, ensure compliance with internal policies, resolve system problems, perform scheduled activities, and recommend solutions.
  • Implementation Assistance: Assist in the implementation of new technology platforms, system upgrades, and enhancement projects by supporting requirement gathering, documentation, business process mapping, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional team meetings and projects in support of the HR technology roadmap, effectively communicating project status, open items, and follow-up items.
  • Data Privacy Compliance: Understand and maintain employees' data privacy compliance measures, HR laws, and regulations associated with resource and data management. Follow appropriate change control and approval processes when applying updates to employee records and system configurations.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.



Years of Experience:



  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, including system configuration and administration. At least one full life cycle implementation is required.


  • SuccessFactors Expertise: Proven experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, including system configuration and administration.
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines while maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Project Experience: Demonstrated experience with project-related activities through active participation in system-related and HR projects.
  • Reporting Skills: Experience with Story reporting, with the ability to build and manage detailed and visually engaging reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Additional Modules: Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, including Learning, Performance, Compensation, Goals, Recruitment, and Onboarding, is preferred.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management and system implementation.
