The Lead Developer role focuses on driving the development and integration of AEM Assets within new product development projects. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise in AEM Asset Testing CSS HTML and Java to enhance asset security workflows and configurations. This position does not require travel and emphasizes collaboration within a dynamic team environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and integration of AEM Assets in new product development projects to ensure seamless functionality and enhanced user experience.
  • Oversee the testing of AEM Asset configurations to guarantee optimal performance and security within the workflow.
  • Provide expertise in CSS and HTML to create visually appealing and responsive web interfaces that align with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AEM Asset security workflows that protect sensitive data and maintain compliance.
  • Utilize GitBucket for version control and collaboration ensuring efficient management of code repositories and project assets.
  • Develop REST Web Services to facilitate communication between AEM Assets and other systems enhancing interoperability and data exchange.
  • Implement AEM Asset integration strategies to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of new product development.
  • Configure AEM Assets to meet specific project needs optimizing asset management and accessibility for team members.
  • Conduct regular assessments of AEM Asset performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AEM Asset functionality and integration.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance the capabilities of AEM Assets in product development.
  • Ensure all development activities align with company goals and contribute to the overall success of new product initiatives.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes and configurations to support ongoing development and future enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in AEM Asset Testing CSS HTML and Java essential for developing robust and secure web applications.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in AEM Asset Security Workflow and Integration crucial for maintaining data integrity and compliance.
  • Have experience with GitBucket for effective version control and collaboration within development teams.
  • Show capability in configuring AEM Assets to optimize asset management and accessibility.
  • Exhibit knowledge of REST Web Services to enhance system interoperability and data exchange.
  • Bring domain expertise in New Product Development-Tech to drive innovation and project success.
