Location: MCI Shirley - Shirley, MA

Pay rate: $61,000/annually

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

The Program Administrator is responsible for:



  • Supervising the implementation and delivery of program and case management services within the designated sites, facilities and modalities.
  • Ensuring program services are delivered in accordance with evidence- based and Spectrum's best practices; ensuring service elements foster an atmosphere of customer service and excellence in service delivery; and ensuring that all program staff is highly trained and proficient in the delivery of the service elements.
  • Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week which may include evening and weekend programming.


Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • BA/MA or 3 years equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required
  • DOC experience and/or Alcohol/ Drug certification preferred
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in counseling preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a substance use, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies
  • Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies
