A fast-paced, growing company in the medical supply distribution industry is searching for a Bilingual Receptionist who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to keep operations running smoothly from the front desk.

Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (36-40 hours per week)

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00+/hour, based on experience

Employment Type: Temp with long-term potential

What You'll Be Doing



  • Answering incoming phone calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude
  • Greeting visitors and clients as the first point of contact
  • Managing emails and handling general administrative duties
  • Filing documents accurately and efficiently
  • Using QuickBooks for data entry and administrative support
  • Assisting with day-to-day office operations
  • Communicating in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)

What You'll Need



  • 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
  • QuickBooks experience is a must
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Professional phone etiquette and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting

  • Background in metal or industrial sectors is a plus
