Are you a dynamic AI Product Owner & Engineering Manager who enjoys driving the vision, strategy, and execution of AI -powered products while leading a high-performance team? This role combines AI product management and technical leadership, ensuring collaboration between data science, engineering, and business team!

The talent in this position will define the artificial intelligence product roadmap, developing scalable AI architecture, and leading AI driven innovation, ensuring our products are built with innovative technologies like LLMs, Generative AI and real time analytics.

What the day will look like:
  • Engage on AI vision and roadmap through standup meetings and collaborator reviews
  • AI Development and execution- Code review, model optimization, MLOps, AI deployment
  • Product management & AI strategy- Backlog and feature prioritization, AI strategy and experimentation, multi-functional meetings
  • Learning & Innovation- AI trends review, reflect and plan for next day

Key responsibilities include:

Product Ownership and Strategy

Define and champion the AI product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy. Identify, prioritize AI use cases with business impact. Develop data-drive AI products that integrate LLMs, NLP, RAG and MLOps workflow. Ensure AI solutions align with compliance, ethics, and responsible AI principals. Work closely with UX, software and data engineering teams to create AI-powered user experience. Responsible for product performance metrics, AI model performance, and key performance indicators.

Engineering Leadership & AI Execution

Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientist. Architect and implement scalable, cloud-based AI pipelines. Drive standard processes, ensuring a detailed model deployment lifecycle management and CI/CD automation. Optimize AI models for performance, latency and scalability. Champion an environment of AI experimentation, rapid prototyping, and innovation.

Collaboration and thought leadership.

Act as a link between AI engineering, business teams, and leadership. Influence senior executive, business teams and clients on AI capabilities and strategy. Stay ahead of AI trends, GenAI advancements. And emerging ML search to drive innovation.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

  • 10+ years of overall engineering manager experience including 2+ years in artificial intelligence product management, engineering, or ML Leadership role.
  • Expertise in AI/ML, MLOps, and cloud AI deployment
  • High proficiency of knowledge in LLMs, RAG, vector search, and NLP
  • Experience leading multi-functional AI team sand driving AI product roadmap
  • Hands on knowledge of ML framework, data pipelines and AI deployment tools
  • Excellent collaborator management, decision making, and strategic execution skills.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $200k to $240k annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
