Lead MRI Tech - Rancho Bernardo

New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify.

This is a Full-Time position (80 hours per pay period) with 8-hour varied shifts. The typical work week is Monday - Friday during the day shift, with a start time of approximately 10:00 AM. The role also requires availability to support MRI staff by answering clinical questions as needed. This position is located at Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas.

• Internal candidates
• Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
• New Graduates (must have at least 1 year of MRI Tech experience)

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

* Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)

* Must remain in original department/specialty

* Must remain in original Job Title

* Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT or CRT
• Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology or MRI
• Excellent investigative, interpersonal and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience doing MRI
• Experience with conditional pacemakers
