Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the VP of Business Intelligence, this role will provide significant BI support to key business units within CCA. This includes the support of current BI analytics/reporting offers and the development of new BI services offerings, content creation, value propositions, revenue/expense projections.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for consulting with clients on business needs, translating business needs into actionable intelligence and/or tool development.
  • Provides BI strategic support to customers in order to help anticipate analytic/reporting needs that will help achieve customers' strategic goals.
  • Develops analytic packages and delivers new service offerings related to business intelligence in order to create clearly defined value propositions and clinical outcome insights.
  • Provides customer centric dashboards, scorecards, analysis and insight that enable informed business decision-making.
  • Works collaboratively with BI and IT resources in order to help customers harness Business Intelligence tools and technical expertise.
  • Collaborates with team members to develop Corporate Dashboards derived from multiple data sources into consolidated Scorecards using state-of the-art tools to enable insight and decision-making at the Senior Leadership Team level.
  • Plays a leadership role in developing and managing major BI Analytic projects.
  • Working with executives and in cooperation with VP of BI, to help prioritize and remove road blocks for timely delivery of work.
  • Supports overall BI ad-hoc analytic and reporting requirements
  • Position may include other duties as determined by the company

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience:

  • 7-10 years
  • Demonstrated prior experience actively developing, negoitiating and communicating deliverable timeframes to customers
  • A minimum of five (5) years of healthcare analytic experience
  • Experience with applying relational data base design concepts
  • Experience with establishing and building strong relationships with team members and decision makers across the business

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, financing, outcomes and operations.
  • Ability to create presentation-ready visuals, charts, graphs, and summary reports in tight time frames
