Credence has an immediate opening for a Federal Technical Project Manger with ServiceNow environment exposure. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working the analysis, design, engineering, development and implementation of software projects within the custom ServiceNow enterprise application suite, as well as, have the ability to create implementation or integration approaches for applications and components. This work is on-site in Rosslyn VA.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

    Candidate will plan, manager and support continued activities to meet aggressive new business growth goals by pro-actively uncovering sales opportunities with targeted prospects within the US Dept of State-RPC - Rosslyn VA.
  • The desired candidate will be creative and professional in executing the company growth strategy.
  • Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
  • Must have the ability and demonstrated experience to conduct office client calls and briefings with federal leadership and program management teams, as well as program-level and acquisition officials - with a priority focus on Intelligence Analysis and Exploitation, AI/ML, DevSecOps, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Services.
  • Must be able to identify, qualify, and support the capture of new business within the AF and IC. Must be capable of building and maintaining a 3+ year new business pipeline of qualified business opportunities,.
  • Must have the ability to lead SMEs in the technical approach storyboarding, solutioning and writing processes, making sure a solution coincides with the win themes, solution strengths, customer challenges, and market research.
  • Should have demonstrated experience delivering superior communication and facilitation skills, with the proven ability to communicate to and manage deliverables from a diverse team of subcontractor and internal technical and management personnel.
  • Should have experience to help write and edit technical approach volumes, ideally for technology-based proposals.
  • Must have demonstrated experience supporting development and implementation plan for the federal client environments
    Must have the functional ability to quickly build personal, in-depth knowledge of Credence's capabilities, technically, business wise, objectively to leverage, design, execute creative and differentiated growth strategies for client deployment and engagements as well as influence future capability development efforts for win-win scenarios.
  • Experienced ability to bridge existing business relationships with other industry partners to facilitate teaming and thorough awareness of the competitive market.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • Must have (5+) Five plus years of Hands-on Integration experience in ServiceNow
  • Experience in a ServiceNow platform in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development.

  • Good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts.

  • Eliminates obstacles, gets results, have a clear, positive, and direct impact on business performance.
  • Good problem solver and out of the box thinker
  • Experience performing ServiceNow analysis, architecture, and application development.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc.
  • Prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
  • ServiceNow System Administration certifications (a plus)
  • ServiceNow Scripting (a plus)
  • ITIL v3 Foundations certified (a plus)
  • Advanced ITIL certifications (a plus)
  • Preferred experinece at the US Dept of State (a plus)
