Duties:
Responsible for designing and coding functional software programs and applications; collaborate with teams to set specifications, write high-quality code, conduct testing, and troubleshoot applications; develop different layers of Android apps; help maintain native and hybrid mobile apps; perform test runs and iterative development processes; utilize Android, Java, XML, MySQL, JIRA, Spring, Eclipse, Oracle, Microservices, Splunk, Dynatrace, and Angular to perform duties; use Android software development kit (SDK) for effective app integration; participate in the full software development cycle; and troubleshoot bugs and document errors.
Location: New York, NY and various unanticipated locations throughout the US; Salary: $151,819 per year (standard benefits apply); Minimum Qualifications: Education: Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree); Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as an Application Developer, as a Change Coordinator, as a Production Support Engineer, as a Production Support Specialist, as a Project Manager, as a Scrum Master, as a Tech Lead, or in a related occupation; Other Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years' use of all the following: Android, Java, XML, MySQL, JIRA, Spring, Eclipse, Oracle, Microservices, Splunk, Dynatrace, and Angular. Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience. Because referrals have and continue to produce some of our best performing consultants nationwide, Genesis10 will reward you for your referrals by paying you a referral fee of $1000.00 which shall be paid in 2 installments: First Installment*: $500.00 when the candidate begins an assignment through Genesis10 at our client Second Installment*: $500.00 after the candidate has been on assignment for a minimum period of 6 months. The candidate must still be on billing at the time the second payment is due for you to be eligible to receive it. *Installments are typically mailed out towards the end of the qualifying month. Please note that depending on when your referral started his/her assignment, payment may not be received until the following month. |
