Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will partner with marketing leadership to develop and execute brand and product marketing strategies across the HOLLY HUNT portfolio. This role requires a strategic, hands-on marketer who can translate brand vision into effective, high-impact programs across all channels.

As a to-the-trade brand, HOLLY HUNT serves the professional interior design community. The ideal candidate brings an understanding of relationship-driven audiences, a sharp eye for luxury branding, expertise in integrated campaigns and PR strategy, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Brand Marketing

  • Shape brand and category-level marketing strategies with marketing leadership.
  • Develop integrated campaign plans across product launches, special initiatives, and brand programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Manage day-to-day project flow, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee cross-channel activation-print, digital, social, and showroom.
  • Evaluate and guide creative concepts and media plans.
  • Contribute to PR strategies, messaging, and press assets.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and apply insights to future planning.

Content Production & Showroom Support

  • Lead planning and execution of product, showroom, and brand shoots.
  • Oversee post-production, approvals, and asset distribution.
  • Partner with Marketing Coordinator and sales leadership on in-showroom campaigns, signage, and activations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-7 years in marketing or agency roles (advertising, PR, or integrated marketing); luxury, fashion, or design-focused brand experience preferred, with B2B or design trade experience a bonus.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
  • A keen eye for high-end aesthetics and brand storytelling.
  • Knowledge of PR strategy, message development, and media/influencer relations.
  • Familiarity with tools including:
    • Project management (e.g., Monday)
    • Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
    • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Some travel may be required.
