Operator 3 - West Curd

Employees awarded an Operator 3 position will be paid as an Operator 3 in Training until they formally complete the required MOC-P for the job.

Due to PSM MOC-P requirements the following will be taken into account with this bid:

All operating areas, Main Plant, West Plant, Auto Pack, Laboratory, and Maintenance should maintain a minimum average of 3 years' experience for those assigned to that particular area. This average may also include anyone onsite that has maintained their MOC-P qualifications for that area and continue to work overtime in the area.

This is a rotating position, and duties will include:

• Operating and troubleshooting the equipment
• Collecting samplesand running bench tests
• Cleaning strainers, centrifuges,and other equipment
• Entering data in a spreadsheet
• CIPing the equipment
• Following GMPs and master sanitation schedule
• Continuous improvement activities
• Other duties as assigned

Some equipment is located in an approximately 60' tall tower, which will require:

• Daily climbing stairs
• Working from heights (open floor grating)

This position is typically awarded to IFF employees and/or contractors already working at the Pryor, OK site.
