Director, Digital Marketing (Residential)
Overview We are seeking a visionary and performance-driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead the evolution of our digital strategy and help reimagine marketing in the multifamily industry. This role will oversee digital advertising, lead management, and marketing automation, with a mandate to modernize how we attract, engage, and convert renters. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital performance marketing and a bold perspective on how to unlock growth in a traditionally slow-to-evolve category. Lead full-funnel paid media strategy across platforms like Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic display, and emerging digital channels.
