Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you'll do:

  • Develop relationships and partner with hiring managers in an effort to help identify their staffing needs, make recommendations on their staffing strategy, and develop job requirements and specifications.
  • Create and execute on position specific recruiting plans.
  • Screen, pre-qualify, present, and interview potential candidates. Consult Hiring Managers on strategy to acquire the best candidate for their positions.
  • Schedule candidates with hiring interview teams through Microsoft Outlook
  • Serve as a resource throughout the interviewing process; lead the communication, answer questions, extend offers, schedule start dates, coordinate all follow-up efforts for all parties involved.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, both internally and externally, as well as SEI employees.

What you bring to the table:

  • A minimum of three years of experience
  • Experience using non-traditional methods to source candidates including direct sourcing.
  • Familiarity with souring and hiring sales individuals and those with investments experienced candidates strongly preferred.
  • Must have experience using applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proven ability to establish effective relationships with client hiring managers, business leaders, HR colleagues and external candidates
  • Previous experience extending/negotiating offers to candidates across a variety of industries
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve department and company goals
