What You Will Do:

  • Drive executive communications for two Global Technology Sales regions: Americas Public Sector and Global Enterprise End User.
  • Collaborate with the Client-Facing BU Communications team to learn and use Gartner's best practices.
  • Follow global guidelines to present information clearly and consistently to sales associates with a range of tenure and experience.
  • Manage and create internal newsletters to keep Sales associates informed about important initiatives and resources.
  • Organize and produce Town Hall meetings for Sales leaders, inspiring Sales associates.
  • Participate in global programs like the January Sales Leadership Meeting, July Senior Leadership Meeting, and Strategy Projects.
  • Manage and update the company's intranet homepage using our content management system, Interact, with content designed to engage sales associates and leaders.
  • Coordinate with our creative team in India, offering feedback and guidance when needed.
  • Ensure all sales-related content is error-free and flawlessly produced.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing on any tools and materials shared with Sales.
  • Write well and evaluate the quality of other written materials.
  • Handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Turn client requirements into high-quality content.
  • Be confident in sticking to established guidelines and working closely with senior executives.
  • Work closely with Sales leaders, business unit leaders, and IT partners to prioritize content and workflow based on strategy.
  • Oversee and train content contributors to ensure their areas are up-to-date and well-maintained

What You Will Need:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Experience creating and executing change communication plans with autonomy
  • Exceptionally strong writing, Powerpoint and editing skills
  • Executive presence and experience building trusted relationships at executive level
  • Proactive, strategic, creative thinker
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92,000 USD - 131,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
