About the Opportunity

The SeniorBusiness Quality Analyst (BQA) will play a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of enterprise-wide technology processes. Serving as the first line of triage for incoming support requests, this individual will manage ticket categorization, prioritization, and routing, The role requires strong analytical skills to extract and validate data using SQL and to design and execute test cases that ensure system functionality and resolution of reported issues.

This position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to clarify issues, assess impacts, and drive timely resolutions. The Senior Analyst will document technical findings, support regression testing, and maintain process knowledge bases to enable continuous improvement. By facilitating regular communication with business users and identifying operational inefficiencies, this role contributes to improve service delivery and user satisfaction across all divisions.

What you'll do



  • Serve as the first point of triage for incoming technology support tickets, ensuring accurate categorization, prioritization, and assignment to appropriate area.
  • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to clarify reported issues, gather additional information, and identify business impact.
  • Write and run intermediate SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from enterprise system in support of issue investigation and resolution.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and procedural updates in a centralized knowledge base to support process improvement and future troubleshooting efforts.
  • Design and execute test cases based on business requirements, reported issues, and technical specifications to validate system functionality and issue resolution.
  • Preform regression testing to ensure new releases or hotfixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Facilitate regular touchpoints with business users to review open issues, communicate progress, and manage expectations on timelines and resolutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in the support process and recommending enhancements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business, technology, or related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in a business or data analyst or quality assurance role is preferred.
  • Proficient in creating and executing intermediate SQL queries.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including test case creation and regression testing.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to gather information, clarify issues, and assess business impact.
  • Proven ability to document issues, resolutions, and process updates in a centralized knowledge base.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings or touchpoints to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.



This is an exempt position. The salary range is $85,000 - $110,000 USD

For Salary position only:The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
