Resident Services Coordinator (Part-Time)
Pay Range: $24 to $28 per hour

Gorman and Company is currently seeking a motivated Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Ruby Vista, our brand-new 98-unit LIHTC community in Denver, CO.
As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You'll be responsible for connecting residents with services, activates, and community resources that support stability, self-sufficiency, and a vibrant community environment. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in affordable housing through direct service and community engagement.

- Build lasting partnerships with local organizations to bring meaningful services to our residents.
- Stay in-the-know about local programs and connect residents with the resources that fit their situations.
- Use feedback to craft fun, useful, and empowering programs that strengthen the community.
- Keep residents in the loop about everything from resume writing to wellness workshops and community events.
- Lead our food bank efforts by picking up and distributing food with care and compassion.
- Plan and promote a vibrant calendar of events that spark connection and encourage participation.
- Respect resident privacy and ensure all activities align with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.
Resident Services Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
- Two years of similar experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and create projects or programs autonomously.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with residents, property managers, and community agency employees.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
