Diet Technician

Plans and coordinates Nursing Home meals for residents, taking into consideration physician's diet orders and residents' food preferences.
Calculates food intake studies for patients. Attends weekly Patient Team Conference meetings and regular interdisciplinary team meetings.
Performs ongoing assessment and evaluation of residents' nutritional status with appropriate care planning and intervention.
