Sewing Operator - Applique ahh

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Operate industrial Zig-Zag sewing machine

* Measure product before sewn

* Read and understand complex and made to order applique orders

* familiar with catalog

* Great knowledge in unique patterns and colors

* Complete complex work orders with advanced sewing techniques

* High efficiency and attention to detail with complex work orders

* Sew and assemble blue fields as need

* Check completed assembly to assure proper quality standard

* Troubleshoot how to complete

* Regularly clean and oil sewing machine

* Clean and organize work station

* Assist in special projects as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent is strongly preferred

Over 1 year and up to including 3 years' experience is preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Read, write and understand basic English

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to calculate basic math

Ability to add/subtract and multiply fractions

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

Industrial sewing experience
