Your Job Georgia Pacific is immediately hiring for a Reliability Maintenance Technician with specific accountability for Auto Guided Vehicles (AGV's) / Wrappers / Labeler to join our Dixie team in Bowling Green, KY. Our Team Georgia-Pacific in Bowling Green has been proudly making Dixie paper plates and bowls since 1993. Hours: the right candidate will have the opportunity to work either a 2:30pm to 11:00pm (M-F) schedule or 11:00pm to 7:30am (M-F) schedule. Training will be conducted during the day. Pay Rate for Position: Based on experience (between $23.11/hr.-$35.00/hr.) Eligible for Performance based bonuses. What You Will Do * Perform equipment maintenance to specification and maintain equipment documentation and troubleshooting data * Develop, supervise, and ensure compliance of standard operating procedures, equipment specifications, quality, and safety for the operation * Leverage strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with leadership and team members about maintenance related issues * Provide 24/7 support during off-shifts, emergency assistance, and on Holidays to team members as needed * Keep leaders and team members informed about maintenance related issues * Maintain tools, equipment, and areas to standard * Ability to work in a computer-based work order system applying asset maintenance work processes * Assist leaders to identify, resolve, and document equipment up-time and downtime issues and/or opportunities by troubleshooting for true causes, electrical, and mechanical failures Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Completion of electrical and mechanical training and/or 5 years formal maintenance experience * Previous experience working with fluid power, mechanics, electronics, schematics. Able to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical failures * Proficiency in utilizing excel and other software for maintenance recordkeeping, and charts * Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality through consistent adherence to established safety policies, quality standards, and Standard operating procedures * Excellent organizational skills and self-disciplined work habits * Clear communication skills and a willingness to address issues directly and constructively * Strong problem solving and analytical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions * Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and support automation systems including programming and troubleshooting of auto-guided vehicles, stretch wrappers and labeling machines * Previous experience reading and interpreting logic diagrams, schematics, and blueprints What Will Put You Ahead
