Join Our Onboarding Services Team!
World Kinect's Business Aviation division is seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual to deliver seamless new customer onboarding experience. Our goal is to provide a lasting first impression that instills confidence, builds trust, and reaffirms our customers' decision to partner with us. This dynamic role is part of a team of seasoned aviation professionals responsible for facilitating end-to-end processes that enable open and closed loop credit card acceptance for FBOs and merchants throughout the business aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seamless Onboarding: Deliver a flawless onboarding experience from start to finish.
  • Documentation Management: Administer all required documentation for open and closed loop credit card acceptance.
  • Credential Acquisition: Obtain credit card credentials for major bank cards (AMEX, VISA, MC, DISCOVER), World Fuel proprietary cards, government cards, competitor cards, and fuel supplier card offerings.
  • Daily Collaboration: Partner with World Fuel sales managers, business units, issuing banks, industry fuel suppliers, aviation software providers, and other third-party providers.
  • Service Excellence: Display a strong commitment to service excellence and continual learning.

Job Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure thoroughness and quality assurance in all tasks.
  • Workflow Navigation: Ability to comprehend, retain, and navigate a wide variety of multifaceted and complex workflows.
  • Critical Thinking: Determine the best course of action for the most desirable outcome.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage a large volume of onboarding events simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Produce results by partnering with World Fuel team members, leaders, and external companies.

Experience:

  • Payment Card Industry: Prior experience in the payment card industry is highly desirable.
  • Aviation: Prior experience in aviation is highly desirable.
  • Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable.

Education Preferred:

2 years+ college education, desired but not required.

Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements:

Remote Position: Work from home with occasional after-hours support and travel to customer locations as needed.
