Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Senior Capacity Sales Representative in Green Bay, Chicago or Dallas to develop the carrier strategy leveraging our third-party carrier network. The Senior Capacity Sales Representative will focus on growing relationships with Schneider's current carrier base to generate additional revenue and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Schneider's carrier strategy to optimize network utilization.
  • Conduct business reviews with top carriers to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Sell capacity solutions to current and prospective customers alongside our sales team.
  • Negotiate and close new carrier contracts.
  • Design tailored capacity solutions for unique customer needs.
  • Negotiate current contracts in collaboration with the brokerage team.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
