Juniper's AI Driven Enterprise (AIDE) business unit is seeking a hands-on technology leader as a strategic component of our engineering team in Cupertino, CA to design, develop, and test software related to our cloud native network configuration, monitoring and analytic platform. With an annual revenue of $1B and double digit year-over-year growth, Juniper AIDE is the fastest growing business in the networking industry and a leader in 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Wired and Wireless Infrastructure. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, this individual will be responsible for driving the end-to-end system architecture design and leading the execution of our Access Assurance product which is a key component of Juniper's full stack enterprise networking solution that is growing at double digit year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter for the past 5 years. As a Distinguished Engineer which is the highest level of classification on our engineering staff, this individual is also responsible for shaping the technology roadmap of our organization and acting as the "go-to" expert in solving complex customer problems and designing subsystems that will make the Mist platform the premier enterprise networking solution in the industry. Minimum Salary: $231,200.00 Maximum Salary:$332,350.00 The pay range for this position is expected to be between $231,200.00 and $332,350.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements. |
