Baker College invites passionate professionals to join our team as an Adjunct Faculty in Psychology for our Graduate I/O Psychology Program Join our dynamic faculty and help shape the next generation of organizational leaders by teaching in our Master's program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. We're seeking passionate educators who are committed to excellence in teaching and dedicated to student success. As an adjunct faculty member, you'll have the opportunity to inspire and empower students, aligning your expertise with our institution's mission to provide a student first learning experience! Share your expertise in leadership, motivation, performance, and evidence-based coaching while guiding students to drive positive change in the workplace. The newly appointed Adjunct Faculty member will be responsible for teaching up to 9 credit hours per semester, as well as revising, reviewing, or developing curriculum as assigned. In addition, they will be required to attend all mandated professional development and training sessions and ensure the collection and submission of student learning assessment data. Active participation in campus and system-wide committees, meetings, projects, and other related activities will also be expected. The ideal candidate will hold a doctoral degree in psychology (required) and have at least five years of experience in I/O psychology consultation (preferred). Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to graduate-level teaching, a passion for mentoring students, and the ability to connect theoretical concepts with real-world organizational practice.
