Job Description:

Juniper Networks is seeking a seasoned Security Sales Specialist focusing on Enterprise accounts. This individual contributor role demands a strategic mindset, a keen understanding of client needs, and comprehensive knowledge of Juniper's business and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:



  • Identify and develop new opportunities within the Enterprise sector.
  • Understand the unique needs of these organizations and tailor Juniper's solutions to meet those needs.


Sales Execution:



  • Drive a repeatable sales process, from lead identification to deal closure.
  • Align sales efforts with the enterprise buying cycle to maximize opportunities.


Relationship Management:



  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Enterprise sector.
  • Leverage professional networks and reputation for long-term success.


Cybersecurity Expertise:



  • Address specific cybersecurity challenges faced by enterprises with tailored Juniper solutions.


Collaboration:



  • Partner with internal teams and external resources to execute growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Juniper's technical teams to develop compelling network solutions.


Compliance:



  • Navigate procurement regulations and contract requirements specific to the Enterprise sector.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum 8+ years of experience developing and executing comprehensive security sales strategies for enterprise accounts across the Americas.


Proven ability to:



  • Understand market trends and customer requirements, establishing Juniper as a leader in network security solutions.
  • Engage with enterprise-level security clients (CISO, CISO-1) to advocate for Juniper's solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a history of engaging key stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
  • Adept at analyzing the cybersecurity market to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
  • Expertise in customizing security solutions to meet client needs and leading complex deal negotiations.
  • Familiarity with competitors such as Cisco, ARISTA, HP, and Palo Alto Networks.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com for pipeline management.


Knowledge of:



  • Sales proposals, business cases, and value propositions.
  • Enterprise buying cycles and procurement regulations.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for business growth in the Enterprise sector.

Minimum Salary: $305,600.00

Maximum Salary:$439,300.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $305,600.00 and $439,300.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
