THE HIGH LEVEL As a Project Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in obtaining, tracking, and following up on various aspects of our projects, including construction plans, project proposals/quotes, Wi-Fi heat maps, cabling cut sheets, purchase orders (POs), and other related job information. You'll help us keep everything organized by storing project information in a centralized, shared file system and assisting our Infrastructure Construction Coordinator whenever needed. This position is on-site Monday through Friday in beautiful Fairfax, Virginia. While telework isn't available at the moment, we may consider it in the future based on your performance. Communication skills: You excel at communicating clearly and effectively with clients, vendors, engineers, and end-users. Results-oriented: You are well-organized and understand the importance of delivering Information Technology (IT) mission capabilities in government environments. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Developing and updating cabling cut sheets, purchase orders (POs), and order statuses. Conducting regular quality checks and reviews. Updating other related construction job information. Managing project information in a centralized and shared file system. Assisting the Infrastructure Construction Coordinator as needed. Providing comprehensive reports on project progress, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders and management. Taking on additional duties as assigned. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience working in IT for Government customers in a technical setting is desired. We're open to substituting education for experience. You thrive on adhering to regulations, performance obligations within contractual agreements, and meeting deadlines. People naturally gravitate towards you and want to work alongside you. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. You can work both independently and as part of a matrixed team environment. Your attention to detail is truly impressive. CAPM certification is desired. ITIL certifications are preferred.
