ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Assists with performing building maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical work and hvac.
  • Assists with performing electronic record-keeping related to preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Assists with maintaining company vehicles by scheduling repairs, cleaning, and light mechanical work.
  • Operates various grounds equipment and assists with janitorial duties.
  • Hang and patch small holes in sheetrock Hang, patch, and finish sheetrock.
  • Layout and installation of grid and tile for acoustical ceiling, metal framing, and flooring in office space.
  • Conduct monthly maintenance inspections
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Install, repair, and maintain hvac systems and components.
  • Setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete.
  • The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position.
  • Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.
  • Due to our obligation to provide continuous, reliable electric service to our customers, the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and the ability to work outside your regularly scheduled office hours when necessary is an essential function of the job.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, plus 3 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Driver's License required.
