Research Nurse

Summary:
The RN will serve as an honest broker in a research study, assigning unique codes to de-identified colonoscopy video files to link them to individual endoscopists. This enables analysis of real-time feedback effects while maintaining confidentiality per IRB guidelines. The RN will not have access to video scores, and the research team will not know endoscopist identities.

Responsibilities:
Code de-identified colonoscopy videos with endoscopist-specific identifiers.
Ensure confidentiality of both video scores and provider identities.
Maintain strict adherence to IRB-approved protocols.
Serve as a neutral intermediary between clinical data and the research team.

Required Qualifications:
Active RN license.
Experience as an RN in endoscopy required.
Detail-oriented with strong commitment to confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Research experience preferred; familiarity with IRB compliance a plus.

Pay Range: $15.25 - $50.00 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
