About the Team The Engagement Management team ensures the successful post-sales deployment and value realization of ChatGPT Enterprise and other OpenAI products for customers across industries. Engagement Managers collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Success, and Product teams to deliver exceptional AI experiences and measurable business results. Our customers span Large Enterprise, Digital Native, and Startup organizations, as well as Government and Education institutions with unique compliance, deployment, and success needs. As the leader of the Public Sector team, you'll help Government and Education institutions adopt impactful AI solutions that make use of our newest, most exciting models and technology. In addition to team leadership, this role includes directly managing a subset of strategic customer accounts, ensuring first-hand insight into customer needs and setting a high bar for team execution and playbooks. About the Role We are seeking a Team Lead to ensure the post-sales success of our Public Sector customers. In this role, you will oversee strategic implementations, customer adoption and value realization, and the development of scalable systems and processes tailored to the complex needs of public sector and education customers. Success will be measured by customer activation and adoption, live production deployments, and customer advocacy and satisfaction. You will partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Global Affairs, Partnerships, and Product teams. This role is open in our Washington D.C. office.
