The Aerospace Standards Administrative Specialist plays a pivotal role in the operational success of SAE's global standards programs. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Standards, this position is at the center of data-driven decision-making, providing advanced administrative support alongside critical reporting and metrics management that help guide strategic and operational improvements. This role works closely with the Aerospace and Systems Management teams and supports key administrative functions such as meeting coordination, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, financial tracking, and governance support. However, what sets this position apart is its strong focus on collating, analyzing, and visualizing metrics and program data-ensuring leadership has the insight needed to monitor progress, identify trends, and make well-informed decisions.
