The Clinical Director's primary responsibility is to provide clinical direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality CCBHC mental health, substance use, and behavioral services. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical environment and fostering a culture of excellence within the department of Women's Justice Programs (WJP) including Women in Recovery, Continuing Care, and Women's Justice Team. Work collaboratively with program leadership within WJP supervisor to promote clinical excellence, ensure excellent clinical supervision and high documentation standards. The Clinical Director provides dynamic leadership and is responsible for developing an effective workforce, positive work environment, and promoting program growth and development. The position will supervise a staff of clinical supervisors and interns, to ensure the maintenance of high professional standards, quality services and responsible management service provision. Demonstrates knowledge of co-occurring disorders, crisis intervention, and appropriate evidence based practices and interventions for justice involved individuals, families and groups. Clinical director is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities: Requires a Master's Degree in a mental health specialty. Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT with 5 years clinical experience. Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office. CCBHC Model of Care Family & Children's Services works to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families, and provide hope and a path to recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction. You will be working in an innovative and dynamic environment using a new transformative model of care Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This model is characterized by innovative, team-based approach and whole person care for adults and children with a range of complex mental health and substance use challenges. Utilizing multi-disciplinary teams, staff work collaboratively to provide a coordinated effort to enhance client recovery.
