Job Description

We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Product Management - Post Purchase Analyst to develop products and services that drive innovation and growth for our Post Purchase products within Visa Acceptance Solutions. As a Product Management - Post Purchase Analyst, you will define solutions with executable business requirements and user stories, working with cross functional stakeholders including Visa technology teams, regional solutions teams, customer service, relationship management and sales teams to jointly leverage our respective strengths and introduce innovative post purchase product solutions in a timely fashion.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and launch new capabilities and user experiences for the Post Purchase platform by working closely with engineering, architecture, and design teams.
  • Collaborate with GTM, program management, as well as product and engineering leadership to develop and market new products and enhance existing ones.
  • Identify needs from various sources, including historical usage data, consumer feedback and testing, market demands, competitive analysis, and direct client feedback.
  • Synthesize these inputs and navigate constraints to define appropriate requirements and priorities that align with platform goals.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

* 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

* 3+ of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

* Extensive professional experience in a similar role within payment solutions, fintech, or mobile money sectors, with a demonstrable track record of successful product launches.

* Expertise in digital and mobile payment platforms, digital and mobile commerce experiences

* Experience with a range of consumer use cases spanning merchant, business, and payments.

* Experience working across Payment Processing solutions, card and account based multi-rail solutions, SMB Payments.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at bridging gaps between diverse business functions.

* Working knowledge of payments ecosystem especially chargebacks is highly desired

* Robust competency in leading early-stage product development, design, and management across markets with high regulatory constraints.

* Experience building products for enterprise leveraging AI models or AI augmented capabilities is a plus.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $105,800 to $149,550 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
